Stratton Aviation, LLC ("Stratton") is established by industry veteran Ethan Fischer and a group of local investors, with a vision to deliver best-in-class support to the commercial aviation sector. 

Marking another milestone, Stratton achieves substantial growth by quadrupling its warehouse capacity, bolstering its capability to cater to its expanding global clientele. 

Q3-2018: 

Stratton successfully acquires a substantial inventory package of 757/767 APUs. These units, purchased for both refurbishment and teardown, will further increase our support options.  

Q2-2019: 

Stratton procures its first B737 for teardown, underscoring its dedication to supplying inventory to meet global demand. 

Q2-2019: 

Stratton secures a significant V2500 component package, enhancing its ability to provide comprehensive support to the A320 and V2500 market segments. 

Q3-2019: 

Stratton solidifies its global presence by entering into a long-term consignment agreement with Xiamen Xiangyu Air Service Co. LTD, incorporating teardown inventory from A320-200, MSN 859. 

Q3-2021: 

1. Stratton executes a long-term consignment agreement             with Carlyle Aviation for B737 and A330 material.

2.  Stratton establishes a Memorandum of Understanding            with Skyco International Financial Leasing Co., Ltd.,                    reinforcing its network and capabilities in aircraft                        finance.

Stratton secures another CFM56-5C4/P engine for immediate part-out. 

Stratton Aviation, LLC (“Stratton”) has achieved a significant milestone by obtaining accreditation from the Aircraft Fleet Recycling Association (AFRA).  AFRA is the leading global organization for developing and promoting the safe and sustainable management of the circularity of components and aircraft in the aviation sector.

Stratton has closed a new credit facility with Bank of America, N.A.  The new facility, which has a revolving line of credit and a draw-to-term component, provides the company with additional financial resources to support future growth.

Stratton Aviation LLC. has purchased a large pool of 757/767 Auxiliary Power Units. These units, purchased for both refurbishment for sale and teardown, will further increase our support options.

Stratton Aviation LLC. purchases a 737 for teardown. This continued investment in inventory through aircraft purchases will ensure that we can support our global customer base.

Q2-2019

Stratton Aviation LLC. was awarded a major V2500 component package. This material will further increase our global presence in the A320 and V2500 market.

Q3-2019

Stratton Aviation, LLC has signed a long-term consignment agreement with Xiamen Xiangyu Air Service Co. LTD. , an established aftermarket supplier warehoused and headquartered in Xiamen China. Included in this agreement is teardown inventory from commercial aircraft A320-200, MSN 859, warehoused in Xiamen.

Stratton Aviation, LLC has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Skyco International Financial Leasing Co., Ltd., an established aircraft finance company, headquartered in Guangzhou, China.
